From Marcus in service to Amber in finance and Zack in sales this is easily the best place that I have ever purchased a new travel trailer ever! The entire staff was completely friendly and the prices is beyond fair! Absolutely astonished by everything how this entire process was handled. We’ve had a great experience with every department we’ve worked with. We mainly worked with the GM, Mike, on pricing and for our purchase. He was great to deal with. Working with the woman who we signed our paperwork with and purchased our warranties (forget her name), was also good to work with. Markus in the service center has been great. We had our first trip and had an issue not being able to get hot water and someone in the service department was able to troubleshoot the issue for us. Erin, who we did our walk thru with, was very informative and helpful. This is our first RV purchase so we’re super happy with our experience. They allowed a third party inspection. And fixed the few minor things that came back on our report within 24 hours. Even though we weren’t picking our trailer up

Had issues with our enclosed trailer on our way to Columbus. Stopped at RCD and spoke with Jason. He was super helpful and took his time to learn about our issues. They were able to fix all our issues and get our trailer back on the road. Top notch customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jason at RCD Medina is great. Had an issue that required warranty work to be authorized by Forrest River. He kept me up to date, then I had them do some other work. Definitely recommend Jason and RCD for all your RV needs.
