Maria, my saleman was terrific! She communicated extremely well and has followed up like she said she would. Connor walked me around and ensured that I understood how everything worked. I left feeling like I gained a new family.

Had a great experience with Elliott, Connor, Gabe. I gave them some hassle but we came to agreement. The one thing u didn't like was when buying a new unit there is a 1400 dollar fee (pdi) witch means they check everything with a fine tooth comb test everything from factory. My opinion is all that has to be done anyway when you are selling a product. That should not be on the customer. We did work it out tho and came to a resolution.

Purchased our first camper and feel extremely prepared after Connor did an extremely thorough and informative walk through. He is what made the experience 5 stars, for sure! Very grateful for him having had taken the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions :)

All the staff members we met were pleasant and friendly. Our sales representative, Peter, is exceptionally nice and polite. He is also very knowledgeable of all the campers. Dave, in finance, is very supportive and benevolent. He also has a humorous side. Conner is the gracious young man who explained and showed us the intricate workings of our new Hideout camper. Of course there are an abundant selection of campers. But, to me, the people make the business. Thank you all.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at RCD RV for their professionalism, knowledge and kindness when we came to purchase our 1st RV!
