We went to pick up our truck camper Saturday morning, and our salesman, Jim White, immediately noticed a problem - our Silverado 3500 Dually’s wheelbase was too wide to back under the camper because the front jacks were too narrow. Emma at the front desk went way out of her way, even using her personal phone, to track down hinge extenders on Facebook Marketplace so we could get the truck under the camper. Jim White then drove all the way to Columbus and back to pick them up himself. Tyler Blackford oversaw everything and made sure we were completely happy - even giving our two boys awesome RCD RV baseball hats and a gift card to grab supplies for our first night in the camper. We’ve purchased many RVs in the past 25 years from many dealers across the US. We have been SO impressed with RCD Pataskala, and particularly Shawn Henery. From the minute he took our call, he was an excellent advocate. It’s hard to believe he’s relatively new to RV sales—his demeanor and approach far surpassed many of the “seasoned” sales people we’ve worked with. I needed both axles replaced on my camper and brought it into rcd with only three wheels. They gave me a very competitive estimate and I accepted. During the wait for all of the components to arrive for the repair, I was unfortunately and suddenly required to have surgery and could not pick up my completed trailer. Brandon Lewellen who I had been working with the entire time worked with his team to get my trailer delivered to my house for no additional fees, just great customer service. It was well scheduled and well delivered. RCD is the best camper sales and service company I have ever worked with. And I've worked with a few. I will never go to another camper dealer. Jay Rhoades
