Can’t say enough good things about Ron and RCR. We had a Mercedes with a flooded motor that was no longer drivable. Had to tow the car to the lot after hours and called RCR in the morning, got a call back from Ron within 15 minutes. He was very understanding about our needing to take a couple of days to decide whether to repair or sell/scrap the car and was very responsive to texts/calls. Very kind and helpful. Hopefully won’t need to go back for a while but will recommend this repair shop to all!

Made a complete mess out of my interior after they made me wait four hours for a tow answering other calls because they were at accidents, THEY quoted an hour. Mud from the accidents all over the interior and they looked thru my car because there was mud on the door where they took cologne as well on on my visor ( no need to even touch it???!) Stay away, ask AAA for another company.

I don’t like to do this to other businesses, but I am fearful if I don’t someone else will be faced with similar problems. I recently took my car to RCR Auto for a New York State inspection and was left extremely disappointed with the experience. Initially, I was told my car wouldn’t pass inspection due to a disconnected joint on the suspension. They quoted $150 to fix it, which I agreed to. It’s worth noting that when I pulled in, there were no warning lights on in my car. After they completed the repair and drove the car around the block, I was handed back my vehicle with a new inspection sticker, but now with both the ABS and traction control lights on.
