Huge shoutout to the new crew at R&D Motors! Gus is a total legend super honest, knows his stuff inside out, and is just a genuinely good man. Every time I’m in, he’s flat out helping customers but still takes the time to guide his team and make sure they’re crushing it. He’s a proper leader. Ashley is also lovely and her customer service is 10/10. It’s so rare to find a place that actually has this much heart. Best in the business!!!!

I purchased a previous vehicle from R&D Motors years ago, back when they were a solid, trustworthy dealership with great people. Unfortunately, everything changed. They got rid of their honest and reliable staff and replaced them with people who are rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in accountability. Since purchasing my second vehicle from them, this has been an absolute nightmare. I now own the vehicle and the title is in my name, however, They misinstalled the tracking device that drained my battery and caused thousands of dollars in damage and repair costs. My experience with this dealership has been awful, and I’m still dealing with it seven months later. From day one, I was lied to by Gus. Barry was the only honest and helpful person involved. Being desperate for a car does not mean I agreed to be taken advantage of—but that’s exactly what happened. I bought the car knowing there was a battery draw. Within days, the battery was dead and needed to be jumped daily. I brought the car back with a clear list of issues: battery draw, horn not working, severe alignment problems, steering wheel shaking and rattling, and pulling while driving.
