Theresa stayed open for me at 5pm on a Friday after the AC died in my car. She had a car waiting for me after she got a phone call from a local auto repair shop. I got an awesome car, with awesome mileage at a great price! The customer service was unparalleled!! Thanks so much!! Go see them!!

The wonderful Lady who works here, went hours out of her way to help us get a last second\resort car rental. And even called us to follow up and make sure we were on the road safely! If Chick-fil-A were a car rental place, this is it!!! Godly place!!! Highly recommend!

In what was one of the worst days of my life, Haleigh and her husband were the beacon of light I very much needed, and went above and beyond to help me out of an almost impossible situation. Danisha went above and beyond to help me after getting into a car accident in an Enterprise rental vehicle. No Enterprise location within 50 miles had a car available as a replacement and the towing company recommended RDR Rentals. Danisha drove a half hour to pick me up from the towing company, drove me to the local Enterprise location to ensure they really didn't have any cars available and then got me set up in a RDR car when Enterprise couldn't help. She went above and beyond to help on what was a very stressful day for me. Also, the office was clean and smelt nice; as was the car. All together I only spent 5ish minutes in the office before I was good to go with a rental. Highly recommend.

Great place, I have used this rental company for several years now. I've had a few deer accidents and they completely take care of me start to finish. Paperwork is a breeze and they work with my insurance company (GEICO) to get me rolling again.
