Felix drove all the way out to Forks — a four‑hour trip one way — just to troubleshoot and repair the electronic issues on my transmission. That level of dedication is almost unheard of these days. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to getting my vehicle back on the road. Eric was also incredibly helpful throughout the process, making sure everything was coordinated smoothly. I wanted to reach out on a recent experience I had withh Reaction Force LLC. I maintain a huge Fleet of vehicles, buses ,fire trucks and misc equipment. We recently had (2) complete overhauls done on some Allison transmissions out of our fleet busses.The process was very smooth from start to finish and we have had no issues at all. I would not expect anything less from the owners Eric & Felix. I have dealt with both of these guys for years and they know how to treat customers the right way, old fashion and straight shooting. Not very common these days in real life. They show up on time and follow up with estimates and very competitive. I would recommend anybody to Reaction Force for parts and service.
