Andy is the best!! Single handledly saved me from the grips of an unfair insurance company. He Has been nothing but honest and caring with my car care needs since I moved here! I couldn't have navigated the last few months, my first few months since I moved to California mind you, without the auto care provided by Andy and his friendly staff. They are simply the best, if you live in Oakland or the east bay for that matter, you would be crazy to take your car anywhere . Real time collision is the real deal, they will treat you right. Wow. The owner, Andy, and his team are absolutely incredible. I was in need of some body work after I stupidly hit a concrete retainer wall in my driveway. I brought the car in for an estimate and immediately knew this was the right place. Andy was super transparent and gave me a detailed breakdown of parts and labor. I dropped my car off late on a Sunday and to my surprise Andy was still working with his team. The work on my car was done incredibly fast, it was ready within the week. When I went to pick up and pay, it was cheaper than quoted because Andy was once again transparent in telling me that one of the pieces that was replaced was actually cheaper than the one that was quoted on the inspection.
