Took my 06 nissan titan in because the emergency brake fell apart on me. Brett found that I had a rear axle seal leaking so I had him replace the axle seal. To replace that they obviously have to take the rear tire off. I was able to get the truck in not too long after I called and they got done the next day so was very excited and appreciated how fast they were able to get me in and out. Brett was also very friendly and respectable. The bill was 300$ and thought that that was a reasonable price and was happy to pay. However two days later I was on my way to Utah and out of nowhere my trucks rear driver side slammed to the ground and I look to see my tire flying past me and hit 2 vehicles in the oncoming lanes. The axle,rotor,pads,and brake line was destroyed and I was stranded very close

I'd never bring a vehicle to red mountain again. They claimed to "replaced" a engine in a 2010 Volkswagen Tiguan not even 30 seconds after leaving the turbo started acting up. I asked for the paperwork for the new engine have yet to see it. I asked for the warranty information on the new engine as they said it would have a factory warranty still haven't got the receipts or paperwork for what was actually done. They can't get me the paper work for what and who worked on the vehicle but they sure did take the 4,000$ as fast as they could snatch it up. I'm going to try and get the paperwork another time next it will be a email to the better business burrow and then to Volkswagen to see if this shop should even be legally working on Volkswagens. NEVER BRING ANY TYPE OF VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP! I

I was looking to get some work done on my 2021 Jeep. the dealer wanted to charge me 2500 and change. I called Brett and he was able to do the work for way cheaper and was able have my Jeep up and running in a reasonable amount of time. He was very pleasant to work with and Honest in what he was going to do and what he did. I will be returning back for future work with my Automotive issues.

If you ever have vehicle issues driving through Evanston Wyoming I suggest you talk to this place first. I have been stuck here for 3 weeks waiting and getting the run around from another garage. A local here at a diner told me about Red Mountain Automotive so I went and talked to them. They had me a transmission picked up in Salt Lake City and installed in my vehicle the next day. Plus those guys were willing to work a Saturday during a holiday weekend if needed to get me back on the road. Thankfully everything went smoothly and they got me done that day. My advice is always try to talk to some locals and get a line on a good garage in these situations. I only wish I would have taken my on advice. Lesson learned.
