Red River Collision Center

I have a 2026 Chevy Traverse that I brought to have repaired from flying ice off another vehicle. Car has less than 600 miles. Car has been in the shop twice. I feel they have been dishonest in the work completed. Car has been in their shop twice now. Paint had dirts in the paint. Over 25 on right fender alone. Shop attempted to buff the spots out. Grill was damaged from the ice damage. Grill has supposedly been replaced twice now and deep scratch is still in the exact same location. Passenger side fender has what appears to be a door ding. I have have several vehicles there with very good results this one is a complete disaster. The service was phenomenal and the office manager was the most helpful I have had in 10 years working with other companies around Bossier/Shreveport for vehicle repairs. They were very prompt on letting me know of updates for my vehicles repair, the work done was phenomenal and my vehicle was done ahead of the estimated date. From start to finish I would highly recommend Red River Collision Center from the phenomenal service of the office to the amazing body work, paint, and repairs the mechanics and body work professionals did on my vehicle.

Red River Collision has helped me tremendously throughout the years. Whether it be car trouble, a full-body repair, or a small fix, they have always ensured my satisfaction. Most recently, when my car was totaled, Holly made sure I got what I deserved for my car from the insurance company so that I was able to purchase a new vehicle. I am very thankful for RRC and Holly. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I give one star simply for Brittany. After months without my vehicle, I was excited to get it back, expecting the great service I had from five years ago. What a disappointment!!! My vehicle was returned with standing water, 3 inches deep, under the back seat. Everything under that rear bench seat is ruined, over $1500 worth of tools and equipment. The hood wasn't put on correctly, off center, hard to latch and doesn't close completely, both sides are raised and have a gap. The rubber around the windshield and rear glass was ripped out and looks like it was hot glued in place instead. The team at Red River Collision are the absolute best. They matched the factory Toyota paint and repaired with OEM parts to return my Tundra to good as new. They even beat their estimated time by 4 days! 5 stars!
