The Service Department @ Red River Nissan in Ardmore, Oklahoma was great. They got my car right in for my appointment and they were very efficient with making sure to get the service of my ‘25 Nissan Kicks done right. They even send you a video from the Nissan Technician letting you know everything that was serviced on my vehicle and the multi-point inspection. Best service department experience I have had in 20 years! I had always been warned against using dealership service departments because of higher costs and "always finding other things wrong." Couldn't be further from the truth with this service department. They diagnosed very quickly. They were very fairly priced and didn't try to push me into performing repairs that weren't needed. They communicated with me every step of the way before performing repairs and priced it out to me to the penny. Olivia and Abby are rockstars. We used them initially because the car broke down on the side of the highway and they were the closest option, but I will drive the hour and 10 minutes from now on to have them service my wife's Nissan; that is how impressed with them I was.

I got an alignment done and the work was great. I didn't ask but they also washed, vacuumed, and topped of the fluids. Highly recommended
