Red River Preowned

I have been a local here for 29 years. Red River Dodge has helped my family more than once. The staff are accommodating and just great people. Jody and Justin will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I have bought three vehicles, a Jeep Renegade, a Subaru Impreza, and a Pathfinder from the Jacksonville pre-owned location, and I am so pleased with all 3! Exceptionally fast at getting your paperwork done before you get there to get you out the door in 30 to 45 minutes. I smile when I am there. It is a comfortable environment and a great selection!

I bought my current truck and my previous truck from Jody at Red River Preowned. He is the best sales person you will ever find. I told him what I was looking for (make, model, engine size, etc.) and he found exactly what I was needing. My truck is a clean and comfortable ride for my family, with a large enough bed for me to get chores done. He also helped us find a great 1st car for our son! You won't find a better dealership, and you won't find a better sales person. If you go somewhere else or use a diffrent sales person you will be doing you and your family an extreme disservice. We had a great experience with this dealer. Late model, low mileage vehicles and a seamless, no pressure purchase. They offer a legit warranty for purchase with the vehicle if it’s an option you want. The sales rep who we dealt with on arrival, “Jody”, was friendly, laid back & easy going yet detail oriented , explained absolutely everything and answered all of our questions. I’m loving the 2023 Tacoma SR5. *Then we upgraded it with Toyo tires and a lift kit.

I was helped by Aimee Nelson, a pleasant lady who just happened to have the vehicle that I was looking for. I am very pleased with my Murano. Aimee promised that Red River Preowned would find me a jack for my Murano and I feel confident that they will, however I will wait to provide my final assessment until I see the jack. OK Red River??

The sales manager Evan exhibits expertise and extraordinary customer service. I was sold a vehicle that did not perform as it should have by a different salesman at Red River when Mr. Evan was on vacation. When Mr. Evan got back and heard of all my concerns about the car he took every possible opportunity to make it right by me the customer. I will say I was a very stressed/frustrated customer and Mr Evan was patient, understanding and very professional during the whole process. I want to be clear MY CAR IS RUNNING FANTASTIC NOW because Mr Evan never gave up on me even when I was not pleasant to deal with ( I was stressed, frustrated, and upset).
