I took my hybrid in after hearing a rattle (which I suspected was the head gasket but held out hope for something minor since I had spark plugs replaced elsewhere). It was clear that these people are highly skilled mechanics and I sensed their honesty immediately. After thoroughly examining the engine (which included use of a borescope) Matt gave detailed feedback (and it was the head gasket). He explained my options which were expensive but also what mechanics deserve to be paid given the labor required. I was about to ask what he would do in my position when he told me point blank to trade it in for a new one. Matt and Bill (the owner) were kind, compassionate and helpful. They even added a liquid sealant (free of charge) to buy me some time while I car shop. I’m so grateful for their h

They Guarantee their work. And they actually check back in with you. Yep! Highly recommend, red rock auto.

Repaired a leaking front main seal on my diesel f250 in 2 days while on a cross country trip. They saved my schedule. Thanks for fitting me in on such short notice and doing a good job on the repair. No more leaks!

Absolutely the best!!! My daughter was on a cross country trip in her sprinter van and ran into a loss of power. Bill and Matt were quick to diagnose the issue to get her fixed up and get her back on the road. The issue with the van was not just a simple fix, Bill's knowledge eased the situation and he had a plan to get it fixed in a timely manner. They both went above and beyond to help a stressed dad feel at ease. A huge thank you to these guys and Red Rock Auto Center. Oh, and I also love the way Matt answers the phone:) best phone voice ever!

Out of towner here, had trouble with the starter on my truck during my drive in to Sedona. Picked this place due to proximity to my lodging and good reviews. Initial call was very friendly. They replaced my starter, cleaned up some corroded wires and replaced my battery in same day service. Communication via text was clear and easy. Price was very reasonable. Recommend.
