Called in for a chip repair, talked to an Olivia sent a pic of damage. never received a call back.
I didn't get any service from them. I had a question about my rear view mirror. They couldn't help me but gave me a very helpful solution. Took care of me even though I didn't spend a dime. That's how you build goodwill in your community.
Replaced windshield in a very timely manner, very polite and professional. Very happy with service and the job they did on my wife's 14 Chevy Cruze.
They did exactly what they said they would for the price they said in the time they said.
Bad Customer Service. Avoid is possible.
