I can not thank everyone from Redford auto! My car had been down since October -‘d I had been screwed over by other shops. Ali took car of my car for free after seeing my story across Facebook . Very generous heart . My cars running good and I’m forever grateful for the great staff here ! They also have great prices and so great work and have over 14 locations … I recommend this place every time for the rest of my life . Thanks so much !!!

I have been a customer of Redford Auto for many years. I like the fact that Ali is upfront about what is going on with your vehicle. It has not always been good news and I have spent a lot of money repairing my old car (because I just don't need a car note right now) but what I will say is that Ali and his crew do good work and he stands behind his work. I had a couple of problems with the last repair that was done on my car in August, I took it back to him and without hesitation he repaired my vehicle and did not attempt to get any extra money from me. Integrity goes a long way in my book and I appreciate feeling like Ali appreciates my business. My family goes to this shop and I have referred other people as well. I walked in to get something fixed and walked out with another problem that I never had. I believe they’re purposely did something to my car hoping that I’ll come back. They won’t never see my money again and it’s annoying because someone recommended me to go there. While I was waiting for my car to be done someone else who just had their car serviced said that it was light on that was never on before. Never ever ever will you see me again.
