On my 2015 Jeep Compass latitude my crank positioning sensor was going out & happen to be one of the hardest parts. There are to change on a Jeep because you're completely blind. You have to go in from the back or put it up on a hoist and take the bottom out being I am partially disabled from my accent. I can't feel three fingers on my right hand so even though I got the heat shield off, I couldn't feel and honestly know where the part was to do it properly and I was frustrated. After 7 hours. I don't really expect a lot of a mechanic: tell me what's wrong with my car and fix the problem at a decent price. In August 2025, I was having starting issues with my 2012 Mazda6. It had been serviced for years at Redford Auto's 8 Mile location in Detroit. However, I had moved away from that location and switched to Firestone (Port Huron, then Eastpointe). In speaking with Ali (owner) about buying a car and getting service recently, he informed me of his Taylor location. I went there on a Friday afternoon not expecting to get serviced, but the guys got me right in and determined my battery and alternator needed to be replaced. The repair was a reasonable, and knew that if I wanted to make monthly payments, they have SNAP, which I had used once before. Within 2.5 hours, I was rolling again

I went to Muffler man first to see about my exhaust and they said it was my flex pipe and that they were gonna charge 325 so I went to Redford Auto and they said it was my flex pipe also but Redford Auto only charged 200 Redford Auto I will be going here nowhere else great job and great affordable prices
