I ordered a lower control arm for my BRZ from them and the part came quickly, but when I got to the Speedzone to have it replaced it turned out that it wouldn’t hold oil, it was dripping out. I called Redline this morning when they opened to return the part for a refund and expected to have to fight to get my money back. Complete opposite… they issued me a refund without me having to fight for it. It was refreshing to find a company that still values it customers. I will definitely be browsing their inventory next time i’m need of parts. Highly recommend them 💯

After searching over a year for a clean set of seats for my project car, I finally found some on Redline’s website. I called them to ask about the color and texture of the upholstery, and the guy who answered the phone was super nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. He even went back to the stock room to get eyes on the seats I was interested in. This gave me the confidence to buy them from California, even though if they didn’t match my car, I’d be SOL and $750 in the hole. They shipped the seats the next day and they arrived ahead of schedule, quite securely packaged. The seats are even better than I had expected and I could not be happier! I’ll definitely shop with Redline again.
