Redline Tire and Repair

One month ago, we took in his truck to have the transmission fixed. Lack of communication was the first red flag after they had our truck for a week and said nothing so Casey and I began calling them and making sure to record all of our conversations. Left and right, we've heard nothing but excuse after excuse and you guys know that Casey is a mechanic himself and the excuses that they are feeding us are ridiculous. Last week, they promised to have the truck done by yesterday so that Casey and the girls wouldn't be out of a vehicle while I'm in Kansas City for weddings. Low and behold, guess who didn't have the truck done? She called us at 3pm yesterday to say that it would be done closer to 5pm and that she'd call back.
