This place was fantastic! Raman was professional and had a great demeanor which to me displayed integrity! He doesn't come off like most places that you go to for service on your car. I'm like radar when it comes to bs artists and he's definitely not one of them. If he is, he should be in Hollywood. He'd win an academy award. Either way he treated my wife and I with respect and concern for our safety in our vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go see Raman for you tire and other car needs. Thanks again Raman. We had packed both of our vehicles to overflowing for a move and were on our way out of state when we discovered a flat tire. Worried that our timeline was shot, we stopped by Redline. Not only did they accommodate us, but they had us in and out in under 30 minutes at under $50. Miguel was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

If you lift your Sierra or Silverado it’s difficult to find the right offset rim and tire combo to fit just right, mine were a tiny bit too big and they rubbed the wheel well a bit. I wanted the biggest tires possible so I went home to do some trimming and modified the wheel well, they still rubbed. Even tho I drove on the tires I came back the following week and asked if they would exchange them for smaller tires. They exchanged them no problem! Most shops won’t do that after you drive off. Received quotes from 3 different shops and they said they would match the cost. We agreed and they started work. A day later they said it was going to be another $800 after my car was already taken apart, essentially holding me hostage. Very dishonest.

What a shame. This place has so many great reviews so I could have never foreseen having such an infuriating experience. I took my C6 Z06 here to have the rear tires replaced. They chipped/scratched BOTH rear wheels in four different locations (OEM ZR1 wheels, about $1000/ea if you can find them). They admitted to fault verbally and promised me they would take care of me. They were pushing pretty hard for me to sign the work order, which didn’t note anywhere that there was damage sustained to the wheels. I asked them to add verbiage to the work order acknowledging the damage to the wheels, including some sort of admission of fault and commitment to fixing/replacing the wheels. They then started backpedaling hard saying there’s no way I can prove they damaged my wheels, right after admittin
