Redline Tires, Auto and Semi

Our car was in very bad condition before, and now it looks amazing much better than before. Thank you so much for repairing it. I have tried many different auto shops in the past, but communication was difficult because I am deaf, and they were not very helpful. Someone recommended this shop, and I am very glad I went today. The communication was easy, and they fixed everything on our car. This is a deaf-owned business, and both deaf and hearing customers are welcome. They also have hearing staff. I truly appreciate their help thank you!

Will most definitely return any time our vehicles need work. Professional, honest, thorough, VERY kind, and helpful, are just some of the ways I would describe everyone working at this establishment. I didn't even get the work done I needed because of other issues with my Jeep and they still went out of their way to be helpful. It's refreshing to know that places and people like this still exist!

I purchased tires online and brought them here to mount and balance them . I love how they take care of all size tires like my 37s on 24s . Justin was so friendly and helpful. It did take away but I was updated tons of time and didn’t mind waiting since they were so nice and the price was amazing. They didn’t try to charge me for stuff I didn’t need

I dropped my car off for a simple ball joint replacement that was quoted at 4–5 hours. Instead of getting any updates, I had to call 8 hours later, only to be told they hadn’t gotten the part yet but it would be in soon. The next morning I called again, and they admitted they forgot they were waiting on the part. They then promised it would be ready that day. At 4:45pm — right before closing on a Friday before Labor Day weekend — they finally called me to say the part I needed “doesn’t exist anymore” and that they’d have to start looking in junkyards. I had gotten the diagnosis Tuesday and dropped it off Thursday morning — they had plenty of time to be upfront and professional, but instead I was strung along with empty assurances. I’ve never been to a more honest tire shop. Didn’t try to convince me I needed new tires. Suggested I get a patch on one and the other did need replaced. Even took the time to give my truck a walk around. Y’all don’t forget to tip those guys changing the tires
