I hit a massive pothole while driving into a parking lot and Redl’s was dospatched through my insurance company. Mike was there within 15 minutes which was amazing!!! He got the busted tire off and the donut on the car so quickly and efficiently and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks for coming to my rescue!

Top notch experience in historically tough weather and road conditions! My car broke down on a weekend trip, then a blizzard hit, leaving my girlfriend and I stranded 100 miles from home. Mike from Redl’s Towing showed up promptly and was able to facilitate a long-distance/out of state tow the same day. When I got back home via train, Mike had already delivered the car to my mechanic.
