Redman's Muffler & Automotive

Redman's is the best! I was referred to them by a friend after moving here from out of state. I am not a car-savvy person, nor am I well educated on really anything having to do with automotive repair or maintenance. If you say words about car repair to me, it will probably be met with a blank stare. I cannot put into words how meaningful and trustworthy my relationship with Redman's has been, as somebody who could easily be taken advantage of. I had previously only had my Subaru serviced by Subaru Dealerships, because I was told "that's what's best," (with most of my invoices being at least a grand), but I can clearly see now the difference a relationship with an honest mechanic makes, who wants the best for the person behind the wheel, not just the price tag on an invoice. I have always leased and had them serviced at the dealership. I bought an older gal and needed a trusted mechanic. She started having issues with the rear brakes (that were just replaced in April ((NOT by Redman’s)) but, that’s a different story). I had several friends recommend Redman’s and I am beyond happy and satisfied. They got me in the same day and fixed the issue (which was huge since I needed to drive 4 hours for Thanksgiving). I've been taking my vehicles to Redman's for several years and have always been very satisfied with the experience. Not only is Don an amazing mechanic - he communicates the issues in a way that anyone can understand, and their prices are very reasonable. Amanda goes the extra mile to provide information on recalls, and how to interact with the car's manufacturer in order to ensure that they honor extended warranty items. I am a communications business major out of college and I can tell you the owner Don knows what he is doing. He must have known I was a new customer because he took the time to come out and introduce himself to me. That is the epitome of professional. The staff were also very inviting and professional as well. This place came highly recommended on Facebook so I wanted to give them a try and could not have been more impressed!
