I highly recommend Redwood General Tire to anyone who is looking for a great customer experience, professional, and affordable service. My story goes like this; Not paying attention, I hit a median and blew out both my driver side tires and broke my rims. I immediately called Redwood General Tire and started conversation with Denny. He quickly found my original rims, slightly used, very affordable price out of Southern California. My rims were immediately shipped and here in a couple days. Installed on my vehicle with new tires. Denny, patiently took more than enough time explaining the difference between tires for my vehicle and did not stop until I was comfortable with my selection. The truck went on the alignment machine, thankfully everything checked out and no further work was needed

I had an incredibly positive experience at Redwood General Tire Pros this morning. I came in with a leaking tire and the entire process was seamless. Booking the appointment online was super easy, and the staff was extremely professional and friendly from start to finish. They found a small puncture and fixed it quickly (~40 min) on my Tesla, but the real kicker was at the end—they didn’t charge me a cent! They simply asked that I consider them when I’m ready for my next full set of tires. It’s rare to find this level of integrity and customer-first service. They’ve definitely earned a lifelong customer. Highly recommended!

Kurt was very efficient and even took the initiative to fix my brake light after fixing my fan blades. Suggested I have my differential oil changed…proactive. Kept me informed and best of all, I had my work truck back early afternoon. That is great service!

For Ford F-150 Coolant thermostat replaced oil gasket replaced cleaned and oil change. Very fast work. Very pleasant workers. It’s ok to pay more when I know they are capable of doing the job well. I am confident in their work. Thank you very much Redwood General Tire Pros. More power !

I have a 2008 Dodge sprinter van. Nobody wants to work on it. It’s exactly like a Mercedes sprinter- same motor, everything except it has a dodge badge instead of a Mercedes one. Mercedes says it’s a Dodge and Dodge dealers say they don’t have the tools to work on it. I was out of luck until I talked to Sean at Redwood. He got it fixed in no time. Very pleased to have been referred to him.
