Don't ever buy a car from this place. They will sell you a car with a bad engine and not take fault for it or anything or even tell you what's going on or anything. So if you spend $8000 on a car, you better hope you get a good engine or it's gonna be a bad engine.And you're gonna have to replace it after you've had the car for only a month. These service technicians, they lie to you. They rig things so your car will just drive like it's normal like there's nothing wrong with it and give you a good car fax a perfect carfax at that. I bought a mini coop from these people drove it for a month and two weeks in the engine blew. And the mechanic that I took it to said that the engine was just rigged. I had my car fixed here (at the Collision and Body Shop) last year in February/March after being rear-ended. The estimates were more than the car was worth, so the car likely should have been totaled - but that may be a decision that is up to insurance, I'm not sure - so I'm not holding that one to them. I only mention that to explain the extent of damage my car had. They had to completely fix the trunk and rear of my car, because it had been pushed up and in during the accident. The reason I'm giving them 1 star is because one year later and the rear of my car is completely coming apart. It is loud when I drive because the frame is loosening. It feels shaky. Came in for a synthetic oil change on my 2018 GMC Canyon bought somewhere else out of state. They seem to be fairly busy for a Saturday, and the wait was typical of a dealer service oil change. However, the customer service was nice once we were checked in, and they have a decent waiting lobby with a nice variety of hot drinks and a vending machine. At check out, the candy bar was pretty cool to receive, so the customers know that they aren't such a big company to let their customers know they appreciate all and any business. With that said, I think there should be more than one available employee managing the front desk b/c when I arrived I had to wait for check in until the person behind the desk was finished with a lengthy phone call. This has been one of my best experiences at a service center. Jeremy was my service advisor and Donnie was the mechanic for my truck issue. They were both very thorough, knowledgeable and resolved the issue. I believe most people like myself go into a situation like I had thinking they will have to battle the dealership or manufacturer, but these guys quickly relieved me of that stress and went above and beyond my expectations.
