Debbie was amazing!! She was kind and considerate as well as knowledgeable and professional. She is quite literally the best service writer I have ever met. (I know quite a few) She will be my preferred person for the foreseeable future.

Overall a great buying experience and the salesman was great. Only issue was they tried to upsale some stuff on the back end and didn't want to take no for an answer.

Took my 2014 Ram 1500 into Reed’s service department for a diagnostic. Scheduled the diagnostic for the next day, which was their earliest available, which was no problem. Before the end of the day, before my appointment, Brian gave me a call with his diagnosis, unfortunately bad news, however, he was incredibly professional and very helpful in explaining his diagnosis and the cause for it. I’ve previously taken my truck to Reed for a diagnostic and service and they were just as professional and efficient then. Glad to see over the years that nothing has changed and still a fair price. If you own a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram, this is where I’d take it for service.

We had an awesome experience at Reed. Francisco our sales man was awesome. He never rushed us or pressured us to buy anything and was happy to pull out a Jeep for us to drive that I had seen on line but wasn't on the lot yet. He took his time with us and got us the absolute best deal. And Ivan in finance was awesome as well. Both Francisco and Ivan are so friendly they put you at ease. They make you feel like they really do want you to get the very best deal. This Jeep dealership is the absolute best. We drove from Missouri to Kansas to buy our Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE. The drive was absolutely worth it. If you're looking for a great deal and kind and friendly people this is the place to go. My next Jeep will be from here when the time comes.
