I had the best experience working with the Reed Collision Center in Overland Park! Jamie at the front desk was always so helpful, and communicated with me through every step of the process. I felt my vehicle was in competent hands from the staff to the technicians, and that was proven once I received my vehicle back. They were very professional, and I never felt like I was a burden. If I ever need auto body work again... I know where I will be headed!

Reed Collision Center Overland Park did a great job with some repairs on our Jeep and coordinated with the Reed Jeep service department to get everything done ahead of schedule. Hunter was fantastic! These guys fixed my Ram 1500 Limited to like-new and beat the expected timeline by at least a week. I bought the truck in 2021 elsewhere, but have used Reed for all of my needs. What wonderful people and expert service.

Pretty sub par job that they did to my car after I hit a deer in my ‘13 GC, and somehow didn’t realize the steering wheel was 45° degrees to the right when the wheels were pointed straight and the transmission cooler that they replaced ended up falling off so I ended up taking the whole front end off by myself just to fix that. Actual body work was decent, but they seem very unorganized in the front office and when something bad happens the advisors and managers seem to kinda panic and the communication process between the collision center and the dealership service center is atrocious as it took an hour long process to get my car back even though everything was paid for. *What really put the cherry on top was the bullet hole that I ended up finding on my car’s hood after a 2 month long w

Amanda and the folks at Reed Collision got my warranty work taken care of when other dealerships in the area couldn't seem to help! It was a pretty frustrating manufacturer's paint defect but Reed got it taken care of and made things right. I couldn't be happier with them. Thank you, Reed!
