Reed Nissan Auto Parts

I took my Nissan Rogue in about 2 months ago for them to fix a recall issue with the turbo hose. Everyone was nice and helpful. They were very busy it seemed like no one sat down but the customers. I waited for 3 hours which was fine I had nothing else to do that day. They have a waiting room for you to sit in. They even offer refreshments. Thank you guys!!!

Brought my car just to be programmed. Had to bring the car 3 times to the shop because they didn't had the system right from nissan, blaming nissan like your company isn't related to them. Them they give you a price without a estimate, and them charge you double the amount after the work is done and had the front desk guy asking me "If I tried to fix in my car in other places", what is this? Your own people trying to get your costumers to do service somewhere else, or this company believes that they can do wherever they want with the costumers because we don't have many other nissan options around?

I was unimpressed at the service I received today when trying to buy parts. Not friendly and acted like me trying to get parts was a bother. Rushing to get me out the door not checking if parts are a match or if I needed anything else. As the refund policy is no refunds on anything under 10usd if these are wrong they would just be nice weights. Yes I did look the part number up and I believe they are right but voiced a concern. I drove an hour each way to pick these up because this location was the only one that had the amount I needed. Drawings on the wall on some sort of a announcement or bulletin. Tried to call and talk to someone to voice concerns and I got uh just send us a email. I'm sure they have some great people working for them but customer service is absolutely subpar and need

I had my car serviced and I asked the service person a question in regards to the service I was getting and his attitude and facial expressions, like “how dare me inquire about the service to my car. . I have been to this Reed Nissan before and this was a whole new crew of service assistants, I brought my car from this Reed Nissan and never experienced this attitude. There was noone over him that I could complain to, I inquired and was told James goes to different places and don’t know when he would be back to this Nissan, who would happen to be the person that I would complain to. I think some people must learn how to approach customers that allow them to have a reason to come to work

I’m always getting my oil change here being I got my truck from here. Y’all never like to give me coupons y’all always want me paying the same price. I will pay if I just go somewhere else then y’all take 23 hours to do my oil change .I don’t like that about y’all.
