I was at the Reed Nissan Service Center on Colonial Drive about a month ago. I have a 2024 vehicle which is still covered under warranty. However, I have to be fighting with staff to use my warranty instead of charging me high prices out of pocket. I got there at 8:20 am for tire replacement and rotation and I didn’t leave until sometime after 1 pm. David one of the technicians was too busy vaping on the clock, Antuan is so lazy, it took him over five hours to service my vehicle. They changed my tires and didn’t rotated my tires, so within three months the threading on my tires were gone and they refused to let manufacturers warranty covers it. The workers there are lazy, rude, and unprofessional. They are constantly on their phones and vaping while on the clock, while customers waits for

Horrible service!! Sales department is awesome.but take elsewhere for service. After having my truck for only weeks brought in to have 4 wheel drive checked a was told that it was operating normally. Have driven 4x4 for years and knew there was a problem when I couldn’t go over 30in4high. A year later when having an oil change was told that differential was bad and then after having noise when it was replaced was told that tires were bad and rack and pinion needed replaced. To that I would receive a call about status and after calling several times myself with no response, just by chance after calling was told it had be ready for several days. The clock on the Dash of my 2023 Rogue kept on resetting. So after some research i found out there could be several causes ,ranging from minor to major fixes.I called and scheduled an appointment and i was assigned to the worst service writer i ever encountered.After about 15 minutes she came into the waiting area and called me by my surname without a Mr.in front of it .She then proceeded to tell me that they resetted my clock.I said i don't need anyone to reset my clock ,that is something i can do myself.I said what i want diagnosed is the reason why my clock is resetting itself.She then asked in a snarky manner "what time is it", i replied 4:20pm.She then said "i am not sure if they will get to your vehicle today".Then i replied "shouldn't that have been explained to me when i called for

The man who helped us Adam Z was a pleasure and actually hears you out on your needs with what your looking for, willing to work out/negotiate a better deal for you, and makes sure you’re happy with your choice and service there.
