Reedman Toll Subaru Service

I had a 12pm appointment today for my Subaru Legacy to fix three small things. First, fix my passenger mirror. Second, get two dead bugs out of my dome light. Third, fix my seat release lever in my trunk. After waiting more than one hour, I was asked to go outside to show them the issues. Translation, they hadn't started fixing anything. After two hours, my trunk lever was fixed. After three hours my mirror was fixed and they didn't charge me for the labor to replace it due to my wait. At this point, they told me it would take 45 more minutes to get the bugs out of the dome light so I left because I was already 3.5 hours in. During this wait, I saw an employee with his feet on the desk as well as heard another employee using vulgarity. This experience reminded me why I rarely get service d

Terrible customer service. I've taken my car there twice since I've owned it and both times it was a waste. First it was to replace inspection stickers after my windshield randomly cracked. Set up an appointment a week ahead of time letting them know what I was coming in for. They gave me a time of 3:30pm. So I arrive on time and check in. They send me to the waiting area only to come in after about 15 mins to tell me that all the mechanics had gone home and I would need to reschedule. The second, or most recent time, I again set up an appointment a week ahead of time to get an open recall taken care of. I show up early, drop the car off, and pay for an Uber ride home. About 3 hours later I get a call from them telling me they don't have the part to do the recall and will need to order it.

I always have a good experience at Reedman. Service is always excellent. The people working are always kind. I never feel taken advantage of, and sometimes as a woman that can happen when dealing with cars. Glanzman is closer to me but I’ll travel the few extra miles because reedman service and ethics seems to be superior. Thanks Reedman!!

Good service, nice waiting area but everytime I take my car here it is always slow. Around 2+ hours for an oil change.

Horrible service. They installed a new windshield that cracked when turning on the car after 8 months. When I went to get it fixed with my windshield warranty they wouldn’t cover it because they claim the crack started in the wrong place. Will not be returning, I would advise future customers to heed the bad ratings. Pay attention to the non local guides reviews only you’ll see they’re all bad. The so called local guides are probably paid off for bogus reviews.
