I only know what I am experiencing now with Reeds Automotive and its operators. On 10/10/25 work was completed on my Envoy at Reeds Automotive on the parking brakes and the rear disc brakes. This is what happened due to Reeds Automotive’s negligence during the reinstallation of the rear passenger disc brake caliper: On 12/26/2025 at about 2:40 pm while traveling southbound on U.S. 101Freeway, about a mile past exit #78 Seacliff exit the rear passenger disc brake caliper came loose and destroyed the tire and rim. I was in the fast lane traveling about 60 mph. I was able to get to the right shoulder safely and without any incidents fortunately. My immediate need was to get my Envoy off the freeway. I have an older Ram 2500 diesel 4×4 pick up. Transmission hoses, radiator, power steering issues happened in rapid succession. Reeds fixed everything promptly. Very pleasant to work with and excellent service. Even supplied transport to my home.

John and the team at REEDS AUTOMOTIVE are amazing! John knew I needed my car as soon as possible so he came in on a Sunday to finish the job so I could have my car back Monday morning! Every time I have brought my car into REEDS AUTOMOTIVE they have gone above and beyond with their customer service and the job they do!

Absolutely one of the best mechanic experiences I’ve ever had. I have a diesel and not many work in my vehicle or know how. I had an emergency situation and they were great at getting me in, getting the parts and completing the job. The shop was clean. The mechanics were extremely knowledgeable, and they made me aware of a bigger issue before it becomes a major problem and showed me and explained hat it was that is going in. They also asked me if I wanted the old part- which is indicative of an honest genuine mechanic. I highly recommend them and will recommend them to anyone who needs a great honest mechanic. In fact I already have. I’d also like to mention Liz who is a the desk- she is so friendly, and personable and made the experience even better. I’d give them 10 stars

I’m very confident about how I and my car are treated when I go into Reed’s. I have a 2000 Corvette so “mo’ years & miles, mo’ problems” over time. The guys at Reed’s are very thorough & help me prioritize what steps & fixes I need to keep running with safety in mind. Liz is also very helpful & a great member of the team. Thanks Reed’s.
