We needed 2 trailer tires for our RV. They were very prompt and professional. They worked us in and got us taken care of. Highly Recommend this place.

There are two guys that were at the front desk that need to learn to be more courteous, friendly and professional. Someone took one of my marked pieces of wood to use on the tongue of another trailer and when I asked the front desk he says, Well it wasn't my turn to babysit the tow driver when it was dropped off". Wow! So, if my trailer was taken that would have been the answer? Very unprofessional. They did a good job on my trailer tires and called to apologize for the comment. That goes a long way guys. Just remember, your clients are going through sometimes a tough situation and I for one, was not taking my bad situation out on you. So try to smile and be gentle. FYI, I'm Normally a big tipper. Front desk guy has terrible customer service. I asked to do and oil change and tire rotation. He didn’t listen and only did the oil change then called in the middle to offer an air filter. When I went to pick it up he told me they didn’t rotate with no reason stated. Went back the following week to get the tires rotated and said they have no appointments this week or next without looking at the computer and just stared at me. 0/10 recommend. It would better serve you to go to a dealership, this crew is way worse. EDIT- 6 months down the road & still standing by this

I was very pleased with my service at this location. The staff was very friendly and helped me order tires that day when I needed them. The dealership I went to before estimated 2-3 days due to none I could use in stock before I was to leave town. I was very happy when they gave me not only one option but 3 to come in that day before driving 10 1/2 hours a couple days after.

They did one heck of a good job. See I'm always changing this or fixing that on my Nissan Xterra and I ain't no mechanic. I had the front wheel alignment screwed up so badly I couldn't even hardly keep the car in the lane. Mechanics hate Joe Carowner doing their own work. Anyway my hat off. You guys did a great job.
