Reeves Tire & Auto (Joplin)

Wife and I stopped in to get a inspection on our car and to find out what's wrong with a particular issue with our car, our fears was confirmed but at least we know it's legitimate and we will be treated fair. We have recently moved to the area and was in search of a good shop and wife and I are both satisfied we have found that shop. We will be using them for all our future needs for sure. Very professional and polite staff.

Had to take the company Van in for tires. Talked to a great rep from there. His name eludes me. Worked out to bring it in the morning and get me going. They was on the time frame they gave me. That really meant a lot. Because if I am late others are late.

Very kind staff and extremely helpful. They fixed my Camry up in no time! They also did my husband’s car at one point and did a phenomenal job as well! Would recommend 100%!!

Where rude the spoke down to me like I didn't know anything about my truck and gave routes for work I didn't come for instead asking me questions if I knew things they treated me like I was of poor intelligence. I will not recommend them
