Reeves Tire & Auto (Webb City)

Had brakes and rotors replaced on 10/29/25 and took them over a day to get the truck done. They told me I needed new parking brake pads as well so I said go ahead. Well they had to order them so I went back 11/19 to get those done. They never called to let me know the parts were in or else I would have come back sooner. Sat in the lobby for 2 hrs before they said it was going to be all day and I had no ride. Luckily they were able to give me one. About 2 hours later they were done. Fast forward about a week or so and the wheels squeak when they roll. Took it back in and they did something to fix it, allegedly. Guy says as I'm leaving, hope we don't see you again! Went in for an inspection. They said it would be an hour. Okay that’s fine. I sit there and three people are just standing at the front not doing anything. They come back after a while of waiting and tell me my vehicle doesn’t pass inspection due to a windshield crack. Which ok I get it. They say they will do the inspection and fail it and then I can come back for an all clear when it’s fixed. I chose to just wait until I fix it to do inspection since I’d be coming back anyways which makes the guy give me attitude. I brush it off. Second guy storms past me handing me my keys and doesn’t even say anything. As I’m driving home my hood starts coming up because they couldn’t even make sure that was latched. Because I chose to not give them $12 today they chose not to even make sure my vehicle

I can’t say enough good things about Reeves Tire and Auto. My fiancé and I were in a tough spot being tight on money, and the car we just bought had a tire with a slow leak. We went to Walmart, but they said they couldn’t fix it. Then we tried a few other shops, but they all tried to sell us a brand new set of tires, which we couldn’t afford. We brought it to Reeves, and from the moment we walked in, I knew we were in good hands. They told me to come back the next day by 4 PM, and they’d take care of it. When I came back, I was completely exhausted from working three jobs, so I fell asleep while they fixed my tire.
