Reflective Auto Collision

The body shop manager, Steve Sena, from Reflective Auto Collision failed to properly ensure the initial estimate was accurate and completed to its entirety. He notified me twice that my vehicle was ready for pick up yet the mechanical issues were not addressed or resolved. During the first pick up (Friday) the manager, Junior Maldonado was notified the mechanical issue was still present and his solution was for me to go to a store and get a spray to “spray it.” Come Monday Steve notifies me my vehicle is ready for pick up as the issue has been resolved. However when I arrived the mechanical issue remained unresolved. I was told a number of excuses "it is out of our hands, we make mistakes no one is perfect, we are busy." Person over the phone was extremely rude and talked to me as if I was “stupid” and uneducated, I would have to assume it’s because of my speech disorder, but I truly don’t know. All I wanted was an accurate price. How do you expect to get business when you speak down to your customers and try to interrupt them when they explain that the customer service is. I hope the person does not speak like that to other customers.

Place had our vehicle for almost a month and never called us to let us know the status of our vehicle. I had to call them at least once a week. Right when we thought it was done, they ordered the wrong part and added an extra week. Instead of overnight the part and eat the cost, they snail ordered it, causing us more inconvenience. They did, however, do a good job. If you don't care how long it takes to get your car back and don't care about getting status updates, then use them.

My Brother's and I have been taking our vehicles to Porfie at REFLECTIVE Auto for decades. First off, they do excellent work and at a fair price. And then secondly, are 'outstanding' people, which you can hardly find in today's world!

I first heard of this place at work. They have fixed my work vehicle twice. I just got it back from the last incident today. They were fast and my car looks great. Because of the work they did the first time, we took our Durango after we hit a deer. It was beautiful when we got it back. Everything is aligned correctly and the paint is perfect. They do great work. If we end up needing body work in the future, we'll definitely be back.
