I’ve been a customer of Reflex for three years now and have been totally satisfied with their service and quality of work. They have always been able to schedule me within a reasonable time, have been able to give me a loaner, and have always had my car ready when they say they will, which creates value for me that I’ve not often received from dealers or even other independents. I appreciate their thoroughness in going over my car at every appointment and presenting me with a visual and written report that helps me prioritize needs if necessary, and are always willing to talk anything through. It can be difficult to find a solid trustworthy place to service your car. Heather and her team do a great job as far as I’m concerned and have throughout my relationship with them.

Heather and the Reflex Automotive team are true automotive professionals. It is such a pleasure dealing with them. From the ease of scheduling a service to the very detailed vehicle health reports, you will not be disappointed with the service they provide. Recently I brought my car in for service and was pleasantly surprised that they took the extra step and actually cleaned the interior and exterior! That’s some serious customer service. In a time when customer service seems to be lacking Reflex Automotive excels in it. I highly recommend coming here if you like being treated respectfully and want your vehicle to be treated just as nicely. They will not disappoint.

Would recommend most folks here, especially if you're serious on maintaining your vehicles for years and high mileage. The Reflex team has been great to work with over the years. They not only provide great service, but great education on how to properly maintain your car in a 4 season environment like NH. The service has improved over the years to include a free loaner car for extended service needs, detailed reports to review work being done, a proper alignment tool for Quattro/AWD systems, and have used their Pre-Purchase Inspection service to boost confidence before making that big purchase.

Referred from a family friend, when I called in Heather spent over 15 min talking through whole history of car, what I needed, and deciphering my lack of car knowledge!
