Regal Honda Service Center

I recently bought a car from this dealership and the experience was fantastic. The entire process was easy and stress-free Thanks to Jonathan! Jonathan was friendly, professional, and patient, even got me the exact exterior color I wanted! They answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth car-buying experience.

I debated writing this review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience at Regal Honda’s service center. I am a Honda girl through and through and will continue to drive Hondas, but this service visit was frustrating. I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment and expected to be done by 10:00 a.m., as I had another appointment later that morning. Upon arrival my service advisor, Chrissy, told me I was due for a wheel alignment and quoted an additional charge. (She has told me this before at previous service appts) I explained that my maintenance package included a free alignment (I checked), but she insisted that wasn’t possible. The purchase and delivery of our car was relatively straightforward and quick without any issues. Our salesman, Bradley Beresford, handled everything quite well and had things ready in a timely manner. He was also nice to work with. As we left the dealership, he specifically noted that he would serve as our point person for any issues after sale. I prefer to shop online and only go to the dealership when the deal is largely already agreed to. Bradley was one of the more transparent sales representatives that I worked with. I would also compliment Sales Manager, Thomas Farris. I had a minor miscommunication post-delivery issue. I had two active recalls on my CR-V. They had the parts on hand so I could get both accomplished. Everything was done in a reasonable amount of time. Shalymov was my service advisor, and was excellent in the way he kept me informed of the progress.

Service was good. Chrissy’s attention to details and service was excellent. Since I bought my tires from Regal and had the alignment done, I’m not sure why Regal charges for tire rotation. I was charged rightly so for an oil change and filter this time. My contract for that free service had just expired. Yet, I was charged for that service and tire rotation when I was still under contract. I have the records to show.
