I took my Mitsubishi there to have an engine removed and replaced. Mike took the time to explain everything and help me with such a difficult and burdensome situation. The job was done expertly and smoothly. Mike is very knowledgeable and does excellent work. I highly recommend this automotive repair shop for all your vehicle needs. I will forever be grateful and loyal. Me and my family will only be using them from now on.

Replaced a Turbo and didn't address the root cause of the first turbo going bad. They blamed it on the new Turbo manufacturer. Jim said, "That's what you get when you buy an aftermarket Turbo." Took it to another mechanic and they confirmed the vehicle needed a new breather system as well. Didn't do a proper diagnostic, costing a thousand more than it should have. New Turbo that I had installed by another mechanic has been running great since I had the root cause addressed. Also, poor communication (Jim standoffish and rude), took too long to do anything, poor customer service. Not sure how these guys get anything close to five stars. Stay away if from these guys if you have anything complex in nature.

This is a long read, but if you care about your car, I’d listen up. Just know this guy will rip you off and yell at you like a child if you call him out on it. Jim is a joke. My car was making a screeching sound, leaking on the passenger side, and blowing hot air, so I took it to Jim, who I had been going to for years. He said I needed a new compressor, and since I trusted him, I had no hesitation about paying $800 for my car to be cold for the summer. Two weeks later, same noise, same leak, same hot air. I call Jim and explain what’s going on, and ask if he could take a look at it. He agrees, but states that if the issue is something other than the compressor, he’ll charge me for it again.
