I took my 2021 Subaru Forester to reincarnation for a overdue 60,000 mi tune-up. Both Thom and Ray kept me a breast the entire time they had my vehicle. They were very thorough and found other problems that needed correction and let me know immediately with photographs and written explanation of what needed to be done. Some of the things they asked me to keep an eye on, however I went ahead and had them repair those issues immediately. They're awesome! They're thorough! I will continue to take my Subaru there for all necessary work, oil changes and additional service that's required at different mileage intervals. I highly encourage you to consider reincarnation the Subaru guys for all your Subaru needs. Thank you all and they may even give you a cow for Joy to spread the love.

I have been to this mechanic a few times now and can tell you they are some of the nicest people. I have never felt pressured to overspend on maintenence or issues, in fact they have always been happy to help me prioritize what work can be done when to help me save money and get my car back in a reasonable time. Their lobby is very welcoming and it just has a really cool, chill feel overall. They definitely deserve the good reviews and I'll come back again!

These folks are the best in all ways! I have been going here for many years and have trusted them completely to keep my now older Subaru in top form. Although the reviews online are high, I find some of the shops practices questionable. I brought my Impreza in initially for a diagnosis for overheating. The customer service over the phone was satisfactory but when I requested an estimate I was met with apocryphal fees and taxes with no explanation. I’m aware that a diagnosis covers all problems with a vehicle, but a surcharge of 4-5k in taxes and fees alone not including parts and labor is questionable. I was able to take it to a dealership where the work was done for half the price with guaranteed warranties and OEM parts. I’m not saying this shop is bad, but if you are looking for a fix on a budget this is not your place. All the best to the owners.

My first experience with Reincarnation. I wanted to try this place for their Subaru expertise, for my 2003 Subaru Outback. And I wanted to give them business since they have an active account with Albuquerque’s composting service Little Green Bucket. The Reincarnation Team was excellent all around, from front of house Ray, Thom and Juan, to Azariah who serviced my car. I got the oil change and the accompanying 47-point inspection. They provided a report with the additional maintenance and repairs needed and we began chipping away at it with headlights restoration and brake lights replacement. Scheduling and communication was easy and clear and it’s really helpful they are open a little later on weekdays. Thanks again Reincarnation G’s
