Mason Rose was our salesman and he did an amazing job thru the whole process. Even came in on his day off to make sure we got the service he guaranteed. I suggest asking for him and I bet he can the vehicle to fit your life! Had a car back in to me while going backwards. $6600 worth. They did a nice job with the body work. Did a bad job with the the mechanical issues. The rear axle was off 3/4 to 1 inch. The steering wheel was off 20 degrees. They said they aligned it. I took it back and they agreed and ordered a new rear end. They couldn’t have aligned it. They installed the new axle and it is now correct (I think). But my steering wheel is still off. They told me it was froze up and it was my problem. I read on the internet on how to correct it. In 1 hour this 72 year old man corrected it. I also went without a 4x4 for 2 more weeks because I used up the insurance 30 days limit. So I am quite disappointed to say the least…….

My particular Sales Rep MASON ROSE was Ultra helpful really beyond ANYONE COULD HAVE HOPED FOR!! I SWEAR. He made sure all of my particulars were done in a timely manner, plus. Yeah, I had a great experience. I had a great experience with Reineke, Ford in Lima, Ohio took my mini Cooper over to have some body work Done on the car and Jerry body shop manager has gone above and beyond expectations. Courteous always gets back with you on your questions concerns they on top of their game at this place. I highly recommend it if need of body work done.
