Reliable Auto Glass

I have to say 5 stars all the way! We had a windshield replaced and noticed it started to Crack a day or two later. These guys went above and beyond. I was ready to pay for a new one. Hard prove they did something wrong but they stepped up and replaced it at no charge. This company is unlike most, they stand behind there work and are completely honest and trustworthy. Our company had a new go to for window repair and replacement!

While traveling through Santa Rosa, we had the rear window broken out of our Jeep Grand Cherokee L after 7pm. We called Reliable at 8am the next morning; they ordered glass, came to our hotel and wrapped the back of the SUV (it was raining) we drove over to their shop and they installed the new glass and had us on our way by 3:15 the same day. Great job to Jennifer and everyone there who helped get our vehicle fixed and get us back on our roadtrip. 👏

Great place, super friendly staff, fixed my cracked windshield and had it ready before the quoted time. Hope I never have to use them again, but now I know I will be in good hands if I do!

My window got stuck in the down position Monday morning and despite it being new years week they got me in on Thursday and my window was back up in half an hour. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful and the technicians are too. I recommend this place 100 percent to anyone who has auto glass issues. The price was great too 👌
