Reliable towing and recovery llc

How is this towing company even service their emergency responders but only one out of 10 of their lights actually work they don’t use blinkers when driving. I literally watch the tow truck driver in the white truck with red striping cut people off in and out just like a St. Louis driver

This company was authorized to pick up a Subaru Outback and take it to a dealer for a mechanical defect. The driver was instructed where to find it on the parking lot in St Louis and was given a license plate number for verification. When he arrived in daylight he loaded my car instead and took it to the dealer. My car is a Subaru Legacy and any rollback driver should be able to tell the difference in daylight. When I realized my car was missing I notified parking lot management which notified the police. The police used security cameras to locate my car leaving on this company’s rollback. After 10 hours of investigation I found my car. I noticed immediately there was damage to the passenger side of my car. Also the drivers door window frame has been bent because of an attempted entry. The

Would give zero stars if possible. Called at 6am for a jump. Told 30 min. Called back multiple times, "dispatched" twice. 4 hours later and still waiting. When you call you don't get an actual person, it's a terrible automatic line. I've finally canceled and going with someone else.

Literally THE WORST service I’ve ever had. Reliable definitely should NOT be in their name what do ever. I promise this review is no exaggeration. Had a flat tire, they got assigned to me from my coverage company. Initial estimated arrival time was 58-180 minutes. After that time passed and no one showed up I called them only for no one to answer, three times. I called my coverage company back and they answer for them, and say 25 more minutes. 45 minutes later STILL NO ONE ! I call and finally got through to someone who’s background did not sound professional at all. He told me he would call me right back with details. I wait 20 more minutes and finally called my coverage company again when I didn’t hear from them. Finally, someone else came to change it in the pouring down rain. THIS PLAC

I 100% reccomend this company!! I live in pacific mo, they came all the way from Illinois to tow my car. They showed up in a timely manner and took good care of my car. They also were very nice and professional. If I could give more stars I would!!!
