Big shout out and appreciation to these guys. Dispatch was super friendly and reassuring over the phone. I only needed a short tow, and dispatch quoted me an easy 20 minute wait time. Their driver Mike reached out to me super fast over the phone and let me know he’d be there in 30 but was definitely less than even 20. The whole time he’s super friendly and professional! Got my car out of the way and on the bed in less than a minute. Very grateful for the good energy in a frustrating situation! Paid quickly on the spot, and was able to drop the car off somewhere a little safer than the WalMart parking lot. These guys do a really excellent job. Thank you Mike and Reliable Towing!

I just witnessed one of the most impressive tow recovery situations of a *very* stuck delivery van wedged between a residential garden wall and a sloped retaining wall and coyote fence on a tight, steep hillside neighborhood driveway in Santa Fe. Thanks to the Reliable “A-Team” of three, Richard, Mike, and Melanie, this van was expertly un-stuck in no time. They arrived quickly after being summoned, assessed the situation with calm expertise, and were able to gently get the van positioned properly by clever use of the tow line as a come-along. My hat is off to these three skilled people. I hope to never find myself in this situation, but should I ever need them, Reliable will absolutely be the tow company I reach out to. Bravo for an amazing job expertly done!

I had to get my car towed twice within the past month, and both times I used Reliable Towing. They were great experiences from start to finish. Michael and Rich were both excellent! Their communication about the date, time, pickup, and drop-off was completely on point. They were professional, courteous, and arrived right on time. The payment part was quick and straightforward. I definitely recommend them if you ever need a tow, they made a stressful situation a lot easier!

Christian did an awesome job. He called to confirm the location and the service needed. He came very fast and when he put my spare tire on it was done within five minutes. He let me sit in the car since I was hot and he greeted me when he got there and shook my hand. Very honest man. The lady I called to request someone was very nice too. Overall perfect experience and I would use them again

I needed to move some inoperable vehicles out of my yard ASAP (HOA). I called Reliable and they sent Mike Vigil. Mike was at my house perfectly on time and was super courteous, helpful and professional. Whenever I need a tow I'm calling Reliable and I'm asking for Mike Vigil!
