Reliant Car Rental

My experience renting a car here was excellent! The process was super easy, the car was clean and in perfect condition, and the customer service was amazing. Everything went smoothly and I’m really happy with how professional and friendly the staff were. Definitely recommend! They contacted me ahead of time with all the details about my rental, which made everything super easy and organized. They stayed in touch with me the whole time through text — checking in, making sure everything was going well, and answering any questions right away.

I rented a minivan on December 26 and returned it on January 2. I paid a $2,000 security deposit that was supposed to be refunded within 25 business days. It is now February 10, and despite repeated calls and emails, I have received no refund and no clear answers. This level of delay and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. I have rented from many companies and have never experienced anything like this. Customers deserve transparency and timely refunds, and this company has failed to provide both. I strongly advise others to be cautious before renting here.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! This is a total scam please don't get trapped like I did. I wish I could pick zero stars. We came to this gravel parking space with a trailer, with no AC and two different companies running there. We were charges $570 cad for no reason, in the name of liability insurance, even though we had liability insurance already. The Owner who called himself the Employee was a total scamer, and gave us no receipt or any proof of our money paid. When we went to return that car, the original company wasn't even there, there was another car company employee who didn't know when the our car company employee will be back. We handed over the keys are no paperwork or any any receipt was provided. All we see is our credit card being charges so so so much more than original contract

Extremely poor customer service. I waited for 45 minutes to get a car and I was the only customer at the rental car store. They kept saying just wait just wait, you get what you pay for $60 with full coverage insurance. The cars are all old with retro crank windows. Absolutely no money is put into these cars. If you want 90s cars this is the place. I waited 1 hours at the airport for a shuttle that comes every 15 min. The shuttle driver was the nicest.

I wish I have read all of the ratings before doing business with this scam of a company... A few months ago I reserved a vehicle through the Discover Cars page. The total for the reservation was $291.30. Reliant ended up charging me $698.80. This is unacceptable. On June 18, 2022 arrive at your Reliant Car Rental location at 3101 McCoy Rd Bella Isle, FL. As soon as I arrived, the gentleman who was at the counter greeted me telling me that I was late to pick up the vehicle. We are talking about a few minutes. But just to be clear, as soon as the plane landed I called him to ask him where they would pick me up, the pick-up service was delayed and so was the traffic. When I called him I was on time.
