Unbelievably honest folks!! I had an issue with my adaptive cruise control switch. When they diagnosed (at no charge) they told me they’re not sure why it works sometimes and not at other times as there could be multiple different layers so to speak that may or may not be affected and that to get to that level only a dealership would be able to help. Even when I asked if they could see if I need a battery replacement, they checked and told me it’s good for some time (again no charge!!). However, they did offer me a system reset (again at no charge at all) and told me that it may (or may not) solve the problem. Lo and behold, it did solve the issue (for now) and I couldn’t be happier with their honesty and customer service! Even when I offered to pay something, they were too kind to politel

My new go-to shop, a long walk from where I live, but doable. Bringing my cars here and no disappointment from Jay and his crew. Excellent service, solid repairs, and great advice. Really feel they care about their customers.

If you want honesty and integrity then this is the place to go! As I chose to sit and wait for repairs to be done, I listen as customers after customers came in. All getting the same care of service. Jay was honest about what he could do and what he didn’t he was able to refer them to someone good he trusted! My work was supposed to He explained what was going on with each person vehicle in detail. Letting them know what needed immediate attention and what could maybe wait a little. Jay has restored my faith in you can have an honest mechanic. I wish I could give 10 ⭐️ Stars. This is my first repair with them I had both axles replaced. I will never take any vehicle anywhere else. They also got me out quicker than I expected. Pricing is also great. Thank you all for such great service!
