Renfro's Glass & State Inspection

Very disappointed in the service this company has offered. Requested an estimate, took more than 3 days to get estimate. Once estimate approved, waited a week for install date, no communication given that the glass had broke therefor would need to be order and wait another week. Once glass arrived, I was told it would be installed on a particular date... did not happen! No communication provided. Called to cancel service, had to leave a voicemail, no answer!

Updated 3/26/2021 Thank you Joey Renfro for making it Right. Joey called me, listened and came out to my house to make amends. His worker was early, professional and ready to make it up doing a great job. If this was done on the first try I would have given them a 5 star as it is I will update them to a 4 star from a 1 star. Going forward I hope to believe that his Team will work more positively together with each other to get the job done the best way possible the first time instead of just enough. with Joey as there Leader showing his Team how to be a good Leader and not just a Boss I know they are on the right track. I put in an order for 1 piece of glass to be cut 08/26/2025. As of right now 09/16/2025 it has still not been cut. I contacted them again on 09/08/2025 to add another piece to that order. It has not been cut either. I spoke to them Friday 09/12/25 and they assured me it would be cut by 4 pm (SAME DAY) . Here is is 09/16/2025 and I just got off the phone with them, at 11 am and the glass is STILL not cut. THIS IS CRAZY!!!

I called 4 days in advance to schedule to have my windshield replaced, took off work, and drove all the way over there just to be told I wasn’t on the schedule. The lady at the desk threw her coworker under the bus, and implied it wasn’t her fault. Meanwhile, here I am without a windshield. Then she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to reschedule, as if my willingness to give them business was still even at play. Idk how you screw up something as simple as scheduling, but making excuses for it and then not providing the service I was told you would provide makes it even worse. Definitely don’t want them replacing my windshield. Edit: apparently yall can’t get quotes right either.

Paid cash to have windshield replaced on GMC Yukon XL......left there, and immediately heard wind noise.....was told that the glue would take time to set and not to be concerned..... after a couple of days, called and stated that something was not right...drove back down there, and was told that " I " personally took the tape off too soon....I guess " I " also left the gel pack out when " I " replaced it, because my rain sensing wipers no longer worked, along with the intermittent wipers.....hired Safelite to replace it again, and discovered that the "technician" that replaced it at Renfro's had no clue what he was doing, because he litterally scraped most of the factory paint off while trying to remove the glue......I will never use this place again, this is several thousand dollars wor
