I had an amazing experience at Renn Kirby Mitsubishi! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. The team was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. RJ, my salesperson, was absolutely wonderful so sweet, patient, and helpful every step of the way. He took the time to explain all the car options, made sure I understood everything, and helped me through insurance and all the paperwork without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. I felt supported and taken care of the entire time. I highly recommend Renn Kirby Mitsubishi, especially RJ if you’re looking for a dealership that’s honest, friendly, and makes buying a car easy and enjoyable!
Would have bought the car yesterday (2023 Mitsubishi Mirage). They didn’t want to come down to a reasonable price ($400 down from offer was all we wanted). They were so greedy and intent on getting me to finance through their lenders we had to walk away. They turned down thousands in cash just to have their way. Sad to see. The mirage has been sitting for 2 months and I hope it sits for another 6. People don’t learn except through experience smh. Wouldn’t recommend! Not willing to negotiate on a budget economy car that’s been discontinued and isn’t even a make most people are checking for. The finance manager was awful. Hope this dealership stays empty. Let’s live in reality here people! (I’ve attached photos of all the issues with the car—mechanically seemed fine but wasn’t pristine)
Branden took the time to text with me, research multiple options, do all the leg work first before I went in to take less time away from my job. Went over and beyond to make my trade and car buying stress free, meet my desired monthly payments and explain everything to the finance department so they jumped on board and heard me and made it happen. Less than 1 hour at dealership. I am almost 60 and this is the best car purchase experience I have ever had.
My husband and I have never had such a hassle free experience buying a car. Anna, Renn Kirby’s sales rep, was such a gem to work with. Just when we thought we should move on to another dealer, only because we couldn’t find what we wanted, she thought of other options. We purchased a Subaru Crosstrek 2019, that was owned by one person who actually kept their maintenance records. We love the car. Anna was patient, thorough, and just a delight. Dan, the finance manager, made that experience a pleasure. For us, we felt like we were in a dream. We would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family.
I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Renn Kirby Mitsubishi and feel compelled to warn others. From the beginning, I have been repeatedly addressed as “sweetheart” by staff members simply because I am a woman. It is condescending, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate in a business setting. Basic respect should not be optional. This lack of professionalism extends beyond language. In the past, I brought my vehicle in for service and was told I needed over $2,000 in repairs for something that ultimately was not broken. It felt like I was being pressured into paying for unnecessary work rather than being given honest guidance. Today’s experience was the final straw. I arrived for a scheduled appointment only to be told, after the fact, that there would be a two-hour delay.
