Reno Xpress Smog Check and Smog Testing

Horrible. I came on a Saturday morning, waited for 20 minutes, and was completely ignored by personnel the entire time. There was no one manning the smog station and the people doing oil changes wouldn't acknowledge me at all. They need to learn customer service and at least greet their customers, and also add more personnel to their shop. Don't bother going here unless you want to wait a long time to be rudely treated.

Castrol premium lube express is a fast oil change and oil filter change service. All types of oil such as conventional, high mileage, synthetic etc are available. The service is quick and no appointment is needed. Jake was very friendly and helpful. My car was right in as soon as I got in. Recently moved to Reno from rural county that didn't require smog checks and I wasn't aware that having a check engine light on was an automatic fail. Xpress Smog charged me the full price of a smog check to teach me that lesson.
