I recently purchased a 2026 Ducati XDiavel V4 and couldn’t be happier with my experience at Reno’s Power Sports!! Upon entering the shop I was pleasantly greeted but not pressured by sales representatives. John Heshion assisted me with my purchase and was very knowledgeable of the all the XDiavel’s functions and available options. He answered all of my questions and potential concerns while not pressuring me into a purchase. All of the staff there were very pleasant and I would gladly return to their establishment for future purchases! Thanks again for making my experience here a great one!

I purchased a motorcycle from Reno’s Powersports KC about 6 months ago. Within ONE MONTH of ownership, the motor blew. Thankfully, I had purchased a warranty otherwise this would’ve been an even bigger nightmare. From there, it was nothing but lies, delays, and terrible communication. Every time I called for an update, I was told “it should be here in a day or two.” That same line was fed to me for weeks on end. What should’ve been handled reasonably took nearly FOUR MONTHS to complete. Then, while the bike was still there, I was told I “needed” new forks and a tire. I clearly said I’d think about it. Without my approval, they went ahead and replaced the tire anyway. When I questioned it, I was told it would cost me $200 just to take it back off — which is absolutely insane considering I

Staff was friendly and helpful. I needed a new rear tire. I was replacing a pirelli and as a pirelli dealer they had the best price even compared to online sellers. I needed an oil change as well. They don't normally deal with Kawasakis but took good care of my bike.

Darren gave me a good price on my CF-Moto. Was easy to talk to and was worth the 2 hr drive to get there. There price with a snow plow was better than 4 other dealers for just the machine.
