If I can give them 10 stars, I would I Dealt with rent a wreck for over a month and Lance and his guys they’re great people with me and worked with me In every aspect, great customer service they provide maintenance with the car ASAP and really try to make people happy. there not like any other car rental spots just trying to add hidden fees and bullshit all around the board just great people

Spectacular experience. Great management and employees. I reserved my vehicle simply by calling directly Rent-A-Wreck directly. I called one business day in advance, they did not ask for any money upfront, and there were no problems. Car was excellent, no funny sounds or smells. IMPORTANT NOTE: Anyone complaining about not getting refunds, booking problems, etc., are probably using Expedia or some other 3rd party system, which has NOTHING to do with Rent-A-Wreck policy.

I seriously can't believe the audacity of the Ownership of this Location. If I could give 0-stars I would gladly. After being mislead by the employees at the location the Owner decided to approve a Refund for a Reservation made by mistake and never picked up. Owner is aware my partner is currently awaiting those funds as they are directly affecting him getting his mother to her chemo-treatments. Yet the owner is now dragging my their feet with no urgency. I'm not sure what's worse. Giving him and his family false hope that the mistake wouldn't affect her getting to her treatments.. by saying they would issue the refund or by just never actually releasing the funds at their location. Truly shameful especially since everyone at the corporate customer service are absolutely amazing.

We booked through Expedia and didn't realize the type of establishment this was. Our email confirmation said we would be getting Hyndai Elantra or something similar. We were given a 2006 Malibu in terrible condition (see pictures attached). The gas was on E, you can't drive further than 50 miles, and you need your own car insurance. There was no mats in the car, it was dented beyond belief, and clock/amenities were not fully working. In addition, lights on the dashboard kept coming on and the tire pressure was low. The car smelled and was in poor condition. I am shocked they are in business with the types of vehicles they are renting. Further, it was way over priced. Enterprise is cheaper! They do not have EZ pass or any other way to pay for tolls besides cash either which is very inconven

It's also an auto mechanic shop and budget rent a truck customer service. Great service & Rent-A-Wreck car rental still great service. They also rent cars .
