Unable to cancel an order less than an hour after making it, even though the order would take a week to complete. Also costs about a third more than other shops

They are always great to work with. What is quoted over the phone is what I've paid. They call when the parts to come in...keep up the great work. Maybe the parts dept should train the service desk people on how to handle customers.

Always felt well taken care of at Walker’s Subaru service. Brought my old 2000 Outback here for maintenance and diagnostics multiple times. They always gave a detailed list of what needs immediate attention and what to watch for. This last time they sent me a video walkthrough of the entire inspection. Very professional and friendly. Communication is key and they do it right. It was time to put the old girl out to pasture. Staff was chill about us leaving the car for a few days while we figured things out with the tow company. Had I gotten another Subaru I’d definitely be coming back here for service.

Highly recommend the service dept. Carter was very helpful helping me to understand what was wrong with my CarPlay and how to fix it. Staff very friendly unlike Bellevue Subaru’s Service Dept. They don’t even get a star

Had an appointment, called the day before to see if they had any availability that day and told me best option without a few hour wait was to stick to my appointment. They called later that day and confirmed service appointment. I drive 45 minutes the next day to my service appointment and get told they have no availability and my car would be with them for 3 days for a 30k service. Horrible service and no consideration when people are driving long distances, should of called me to reschedule instead of having me show up to a scheduled and confirmed appointment and turned away. Lost my business.
